Each January, we hold a weeklong celebration to commemorate the birthday of Scotland's Bard, Robert Burns.
At the Burns birhday celebration, we recite (with help from some of our audience) Burns' famous Address to the Haggis, complete with
authentic haggis, bagpiping and of course Scottish Highland Dancing.
